Franchise Locations Update

In the last year we’ve occasionally updated our Location section. We’ve liked more franchisees Twitter and Facebook accounts then fully add or edit links on site. Until this week.

This week we checked every franchise link from America to Antarctica. Yeah, we have a research station there too. With the exception of 5 franchises in the US (two still unaccounted for) franchises have either been added or existing links updated.

If your franchise is listed and the information is somehow incorrect, let us know. If your franchise isn’t listed, let us know too, we’ll look into it, and it should be corrected. Continue reading “Franchise Locations Update” →

Ghostbusters International New Domain

This may be one of our interns, we don’t keep track.

Choosing a new domain name after sacrificing one we’ve had for so long isn’t easy. Sometimes the ones you like aren’t available or if they are can cost too much when you don’t have a real ghost research and capture company behind you.

We also have to consider “brand identity.” If you don’t know what that is, we have a branch manager, Michael Scott. He’ll be in the conference room giving us a presentation. I understand he likes to use acronyms.

Sure we could have chosen the .net, dot org, or even .me. This is Ghostbusters International, we aren’t just another world wide web site. GBI isn’t just about me.

On January 7, 2016 we present ghostbustersintern.com.

Short hand to direct Ghostbusters International’s clients, employees, and fanbase to our long standing website. We are a company and as such we have interns. Now you don’t have to make that joke. 😀

The new domain won’t affect our Twitter account or Facebook page, again.

Ghostbusters Theme Park Attractions

In November 2014 we posted a speculative post about a survey from Universal if their was enough interest in bringing back the (or rather a) Ghostbusters theme park attraction. EW Posted New Ghostbusters 2016 Photo

On December 29, 2015 Entertainment Weekly posted the above “in movie”  photo from the upcoming Ghostbusters (2016) movie. The article that accompanied it is about the “bad guys” the new movie team will be facing.

Such as:

  • Pilgrims.

  • Old-­time sailors.

  • Revolutionary War spirits.

  • Zoot­-suited gangsters.

We hope three out of four ghosts have some kind of ectoplasmic “bullets!” Even if they don’t Ghostbusters 2016 opens in the US on July 15, 2016. For other countries release dates more information can be found at Ghostbusters 2016 IMDB.
