Anovos Announces Ghostbusters Proton Pack Replica Kit

Back in March Anovos Productions LLC teased their proton pack replica (GBI Blog Post, March 14, 2016) was coming soon. Yesterday around dinner time most ghostheads received Anovos’ Ghostbusters newsletter announcing their Proton Pack Kit.

Yes, just a kit. Do you think we’d allow just anyone to build a Proton Pack with thoughts of making it actually functional? We’re not going to risk going out of business…again.

Designed in 1984 by Egon Spengler and Ray Stantz, (we think Dr, Venkman watched – Rich) the nuclear powered Proton Pack counters the negative energy of ghosts with a proton stream of positively charged ions. ANOVOS is proud to offer the GHOSTBUSTERS™: Proton Pack Kit. Shipping estimated to begin by November 2016. Pre-order items are subject to change in availability and features.

This 1:1 scale kit requires assembly and includes details duplicated from GHOSTBUSTERS screen-used production assets and other sources.

Components are made from polyurethane, PVC, and ABS plastic.
Neutrino Wand attaches to pack with metal bracket.
Working toggle switches and buttons on wand.
Vinyl decal set is included.
Glues, paint, and tools, are not included and assembly is required.
Assembly instructions to be provided via pdf download.
Proton Pack frame and straps can be purchased separately.
