In addition to the Ghostbusters: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (GBI Blog Post, June 6, 2016) Sony Classic will be releasing Ghostbusters (2016) Original Motion Picture Score. Which was composed by Theodore Shapiro.
From the upbeat, jazzy sounds of The Devil Wears Prada to the jungle-adventure send-up Tropic Thunder to the sentiment of Marley & Me, Theodore Shapiro has consistently delivered memorable music for some of the funniest movies of the last ten years. His careful touch has made him a sought-after collaborator for Hollywood s leading comedy directors. A graduate of the Juilliard School, Shapiro has also composed the scores for such comedy classics as Old School, Dodgeball, Fun with Dick and Jane, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, State and Main and Starsky and Hutch.
