I’ve wanted GBI to have a new domain name, it had to be the “right one.” And personally it had to feel right as well. I didn’t need to just celebrate the 35th anniversary by also having a domain name again for GBI.
This year it’s better early on to have a new domain name for Ghostbusters International, for Ghostbusters: Afterlife premiere, theatrical releases, and home video releases. With that, in digital text Ghostbusters International new dot com is:

On September 15, 2014 we posted about a new GHOSTBUSTERS phone number Sony and Ghostbusters Incorporated set up at our original headquarters. Most clients and ghostheads have already heard Janine’s prerecorded message. Hearing a message is so 30 years ago.
As we knew the recording is important and we like to do this kind of thing, we paid someone at least 5 bucks to hold a camera and press record.

For Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary and the new Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II Blu-rays, Sony and Ghostbusters Incorporated have set up a new number, right out of Ghostbusters HQ! When you call 212-897-1964 you’ll hear a pre-recorded message from Janine Melnitz! The Ghostbusters first employee, then receptionist, and today the senior administrator at Ghostbusters Incorporated!
If you’re calling from outside the area code, say like Vancouver long distance charges will most likely apply.

Whoever guesses this deserves way more than 11-5 a year. What #Ghostbusters quote is represented by this picture? #GB30
Vanity Fair spoke with Annie Potts who portrayed then receptionist Janine Melnitz in Ghostbusters™ and Ghostbusters II™. Annie Potts was asked where she saw the future of the character.
Interesting since Janine Melnitz is one of the most important people in Ghostbusters Incorporated history. I totally get that Annie Potts wouldn’t publicly give out details about Janine Melnitz’s life.
